My consulting services aim to help organizational stakeholders make informed decisions using an evidence-based approach. Whether you’re looking to run employee engagement surveys, organizational culture audits, or quarterly pulse-checks, I can provide the necessary frameworks, guidance, and support that will help your organizations obtain accurate and actionable insights.

DEI Workshops
I offer private workshops tailored to the needs of your organization. I provide half-day (3-hour workshops); full-day (6 hour); and multi-day workshops. Workshops vary in method of delivery and can be delivered remotely or in-person.

- Raising awareness on the impact of racial DEI dynamics in clinical research
