About

My consulting is informed by my own research, which spans DEI topics, ranging from gender and racial microaggressions to interventions that address gender and racial disparities in organizations. My most recent research has involved applying my expertise in microaggressions to examine health and work equity in drug development. As such, my work looks at both the patient perspective and the experience of healthcare professionals and scientists delivering the necessary care and services to patients.

Below is a list of recent projects:

  • Examining the types of racial discrimination patients must navigate while participating in clinical research studies
  • Exploring the role and impact of socioeoconomic status on attitudes toward clinical research
  • Quantifying the prevalence and impact of workplace microaggressions in STEM

I have a BA from Wellesley College with a major in Art History and a minor in Economics, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
