About me

I am a behavioral scientist bridging organizational science and healthcare to advance equity in clinical research.

I design and test behavioral interventions

As a behavioral scientist with years of experience in organizational psychology and healthcare research, I have developed the skills of understanding the complex factors that shape human behavior in clinical and organizational settings.

I have worked with a range of stakeholders — from pharmaceutical companies to academic institutions — so you can rely on me to bring both scientific rigor and practical relevance to your work. I’ve spent most of these years working across different areas of research, from patient engagement and health equity to leadership development and workplace inclusion. My most recent research leverages evidence-based approaches that aims to build inclusion in healthcare delivery.

What I do

Whether I’m designing behavioral interventions, sitting at the table with community advisory boards, or driving a project across the finish line — I bring the same rigor and care to everything in between.

Behavioral interventions

My expertise lies in designing and testing behavioral interventions that are both scientifically rigorous and practically meaningful. From conceptualizing intervention frameworks and developing study protocols to piloting and refining approaches based on real-world feedback, I bring a systematic and iterative lens to every stage of the intervention development process.

Research Methodology

My methodological toolkit spans the full spectrum — from designing and validating survey instruments and running multivariate analyses, to facilitating focus groups and synthesizing qualitative data through grounded theory and thematic approaches. I believe the best science often lives at the intersection of both.

Speaking Engagements

My work extends beyond the page — I regularly present at national and international conferences, facilitate workshops, and contribute to expert panels on topics ranging from patient engagement and health equity to workplace inclusion and leadership. I bring the same rigor and energy to the stage that I bring to my research.
